The Salty Company Return & Exchange Policy
At The Salty Company, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, USA-made products to our customers. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully, as it outlines the terms and conditions that govern your purchase. By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:
No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the product, change of mind, or incorrect sizing. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
Exchange Policy (Only for Damaged Products Upon Arrival)
Exchanges are available only if the product is damaged upon arrival. If you receive an item that is defective, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. To be eligible for an exchange, you must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, including tags and packaging.
- You must provide photographic evidence of the damage and the original packaging as received.
- The damage must be clearly caused during shipping or manufacturing. Salty Angler Company reserves the right to determine whether the damage qualifies for an exchange.
Upon approval of your claim, we will provide an exchange for the same item or, if unavailable, a similar item of equal value. We do not guarantee the availability of the exact same item or size.
Exclusions from Exchanges
The Salty Company does not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Products damaged after receipt due to improper use, mishandling, washing, or general wear and tear.
- Products that do not fit as expected due to incorrect sizing or measurements.
- Any alterations or modifications made by the customer.
- Orders beyond the 7-day notification window.
Exchange Process
- Contact Us: To initiate an exchange, email us at saltyanglerco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with a detailed description of the issue and photo evidence of the damage.
- Return Shipment: Upon approval, you will be responsible for shipping the damaged item back to us within 14 days. The item must be shipped in its original packaging. Salty Angler Company is not responsible for return shipping costs or any damage that occurs during return shipping.
- Processing the Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, we will ship out the replacement item. This process may take up to 14 business days after receipt of the returned item.
Limitation of Liability
The Salty Company is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase, use, or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the price of the product purchased. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange claim that does not meet the above criteria or appears fraudulent.
Final Sale Items
All sale items, promotional items, or special releases are final sale and are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
