Pre-Orders
Pre-orders for our upcoming collection will begin on November 5, 2025. All pre-order items will be processed and shipped within the timeframes listed below.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless the order total exceeds $150 (before tax). Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.
- Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.
Shipping Locations
- U.S. Domestic Shipping Only: At this time, we ship only within the United States. We do not offer international or overseas shipping.
Processing Time
- All orders, including pre-orders, will be processed and shipped within 5 business days from the date of purchase or pre-order fulfillment.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard shipping: After processing, expect delivery within 5 to 7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: For local orders (within specific regions), we offer expedited shipping options with delivery times as quick as 1 business day.
- Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping method selected.
Important Notes
- Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Expedited shipping options and delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as severe weather or courier delays.
- The Salty Company is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the courier.
